Post cesarean section patients will get a abdominal binder placed

no intervention: No Abdominal Binder

Post cesarean section patients will not have abdominal binder

  • Pain measurement [ Time Frame: up to post operateive day 2 ]
  • Patient Distress score [ Time Frame: up to post operateive day 2 ]
