Inclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosis of a hematologic, oncologic, or other condition relevant to the study.
  • Availability of clinical, imaging, laboratory, treatment, and/or outcome data relevant to the study.
  • Ability to provide informed consent for prospective participation or, for pediatric participants, parent/legal guardian permission with assent when applicable.
  • Participants undergoing research MRI must be eligible for MRI according to institutional safety requirements.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Inability to provide required informed consent or parental/legal guardian permission for prospective participation.
  • Insufficient clinical information to support study participation
  • Pregnancy.
  • Contraindication to MRI will exclude participants from research-specific MRI but not necessarily from other study components.

Clinical, imaging, laboratory, treatment, and outcome data will be collected from institutional records and research assessments, as applicable.

Primary outcome measure

  • Bone marrow imaging characteristics. [ Time Frame: Through study completion; an average of 1 year. ]
