Inclusion Criteria:

  • patients >18 year old planned for SCTCT

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Pregnancy, prisoners , Patients with a serious medical or psychiatric illness likely to interfere with participation in this clinical study

Interventions and Outcome Measures

Interventions

blood sample to check CXCL9 pre stem cell transplant and cell therapy

Pre SCTCT as per SOC physical function assessment will be performed in a form of IADl, hand grip, and or walk test like TUG. Specimen Collection Studies: LDH , albumin, ferritin, CRP, platelet and creatinine will be collected as per standard of care pre SCTCT. The non-SOC procedure will be drawing CXL9

Primary outcome measure

  • Non relapse mortality (NRM) [ Time Frame: NRM at day 100 and at year 1 ]
